Experiential learning is a domain that polishes individuals in order that they make valuable contribution to society as employees. The On Campus Management Trainee Program is a plan to bring future leaders of Corporate Pakistan into limelight. The idea is to expose budding professionals with project work preparing them with specialized training, knowledge and strategic working.
The program is being conducted in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Trainees are selected from various universities, solely depending on their academic record, on-campus performance and will to excel. Projects are assigned to teams and their progress is assessed over a given period of time. Top three teams are offered summer internships at Telenor Pakistan, a cash prize for the winning team and an amazing week long orientation opportunity at Telenor Group (Norway) for one individual from the winning team. At the end of the program, however, all the participants stand with pride based on experience and coaching by professional gurus helpful with disclosure over many corporate issues.
On Campus Management Trainee Program facilitates trainees to focus on key learning areas of business. The person steps out of mere theory and practically understands market dynamics. Core learning includes Research and Planning, Event Plans & their executions and above all team work which is extremely essential.
Furthermore, interns experience the concept of Branding and its various stages of development. Participants also learn the importance of being a socially responsible corporate citizen and put it into practice with successive projects. The work on case studies also allows an experience to shine the professional aptitude and apply to current changing trends of market.
